Double-sided island metal display stand for power tools

FT1005 metal island shelf is a new designed high quality electrical power tools free-standing display rack with 2 styles and deforming function. In the past, it was simple, convenient, and practical, but in order to adapt to the trend of the times and according to customers’ feedback, we added some detachable parts on its original design, which made it become a deformable product which has two styles at the same time.

The original FT1005 is a double-sided ordinary standing metal hardware products exhibit rack. It consists of 3 parts: the curved design of the upper stage, the L-shaped or T-shaped orifice plate in the middle, and the bottom is a double-layered shelf with a duplex structure. The upper curved top is formed by two arc-shaped metal plates sandwiching the middle pegboard, so its front and back sides are arc-shaped. we can print the logo or picture on the front and back to achieve a significant publicity effect. In the middle, it is designed as FT1005’s exhibition area, which is composed of two L-shaped pored boards back-to-back or a T-shaped perforated  plate directly. The body of this area is a large panel with holes that can be designed into square or round or key-type or other shapes to install the different hooks, buyers can design the placement of the hooks according to their ideas and conceptions, so that the exhibits can show a unique shape to highlight the characteristics of the exhibits. For example, we can use several L-type exhibits form L-type appearance which make the hardware tools samples more eye-catching. At the bottom of the FT1005 functional detachable stand for hardware supermarkey, tools distributor showroom and exhibition booth, convenience shop, retail store, is a square duplex rack organizer, it can be made of iron or wood as you like and the shelf is connected front and back where customers can storage some exhibits or brochures that can not  hung on the hooks.

However, with the development of the times and changing of trends, some customers think that the old FT1005 metal tools shop shelving can not meet their needs now because they want to get more publicity effects. so we redesigned the FT1005 double-sided island hardware accessories holder in some parts：
1. We do not change the top of it, but in the middle of the perforated plate, we have placed a huge detachable display board so that customers can put a huge poster on it to show the theme of the product, what’s more, in order to respond to customer requirements, we installed two detachable U-shaped iron rods on both sides of the stand and each iron rod is inlaid with a square wooden or metal plate which can be used as a advertising board , indicator or introduction. the plate can also be used to hung posters which echoes with the display panel in the middle and they seems to be the wings of the FT1005 tools display stand and hardware supplies storage rack which catches people’s eyes. 
2. We have also produced cabinet that match the lower duplex shelf to reflect buyers requirements of storages. They will be put into the shelf in the style of each row has 3 drawers in the front and back , so buyers can put different documents in different drawers which makes it a little mystic because people can not know the details inside comparing the original design. It will attract people’s attention when people want to know more details in the drawers.

Regardless of the original or the new style, the FT1005 adopts the color of yellow and black. The yellow area is used to hang and place exhibits and the black area is used to storage posters. At the same time, we also offer custom services that we can put some pictures on the drawers, buyers can choose some pictures which is the same or different and offer them to us , then we can print or stick them on drawers in order to express a theme that our buyers want.
